Placing Orders
Orders may be placed online or by phone. Please feel free to submit the form on the contact page with any questions, comments, requests, special orders or wholesale inquiries.
Forms of Payment
Ninoff accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
Sales Tax
Sales tax will be added for all orders shipped to and within the state of Illinois at the rate of 10.25%.
International Orders
Please email ninoff@sbcglobal.net for international orders. Customers will be responsible for any customs, duties, taxes and VAT imposed by their country.
Shipping
All orders will be shipped at a "Flat rate" via UPS.
Ground: $9.50
2nd Day Air: $23.50
Once the order is received it will ship within 3 business days. For rush orders please email ninoff@sbcglobal.net.
Tracking Orders
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number for your package.
Returns and Exchanges
We will be happy to refund or exchange any new or unused merchandise within 7 days of the order date. Items must be returned in their original packaging with the original receipt. Customers will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
